I had 20 points before doing the 'reservorio sprint' one of the VS for the month and although saying it's 4 points after I completed the race I only got one point. How come I only got one point instead of 4?

I personally don't like feet but I have not a clue at what this is on my foot is. It's been there for years and never really affected me and I can't really feel much there I don't like it.
