If a team kicks the ball and it goes over the deadball line a scrum is awarded from where he kicked it or is it a choice for the opposition? Reason I ask is if Boks are say 30 40 meters out they could just start kicking ball over deadball line and milking scrum penalties for points, especially if Ben Okeefe is ref. They have near flawless scrum penalty ratio on own or opposition ball.
