Hi I'm new here and sourdough making.
Six days ago I started making my first ever sourdough starter and I don't get what I'm doing wrong but it isn't doubling in size as it should.
Added to that the fact that by watching the multitude of tutorial on YouTube, I noticed my starter may be way runnier than it should.
I've been feeding it 1TBSP of warn water and 1TBSP of flour once daily the first 2 days and same measurements on day three onwards but twice daily as sayd by the tutorial. Today I started feeding him 1/2 TBSP of water after asking chat gpt on how to make it less runny.
Can I get advices on what may be wrong so I can make a good starter?
