Friends in the community, I'm currently applying to universities. After logging into my ETS account, I found that my TOEFL score from 2022 is now "not available," with a short message below saying, "info status: Due to an administrative issue, we are not able to provide a score report, please contact customer support." I'd like to ask if this is because my test is more than two years old.
