Great Smokey Mountains Itinerary help

Hi,
We are headed to Great Smoky Mountains this June, family of 4, two teenagers, for 4-5 days staying in Townsend. We want to see the sights, wildlife, hike and explore. We love hidden gems and off the beaten path, but since this may be our only trip we want to make sure we see it all. What are we missing? We may mix up the order of days.

Day 1: Roaring fork Motor trail, grotto falls, alum cave to Mount LeConte
Day 2: Cades cove loop, stop at John Oliver Cabin, Cable Mill historical site, Abram’s falls hike, Laurel Falls
Day 3: Newfound Gap road, clingmans dome, Sugarlands visitor center, Oconaluftee in the afternoon to see Elk, Deep Creek waterfall hike, Metcalf Bottoms picnic
Day 4: Alum Cave, Klingmans dome and Mingo Falls
Day 5, anything we missed.
