Don't get me wrong, he definitely gets around lol. But to me "womanizer" implies that he's a player. Like, a guy that fucks women and makes them think they're important when they're not. A guy that cheats on multiple people at once. That uses and discards women and only sees them as objects. Just in general a scummy guy who treats women like shit.

Ilya may have a lot of casual sex but I've never ever gotten the vibe that he was being a jerk to these women. It seemed like all of his hookups knew it was just a meaningless hookup on both ends and had a good time in the process. He never seemed to lead anyone on or be shitty to them. Maybe I'm just misunderstanding what "womanizer" means!
