I am a junior soon to be senior in high school and had some questions about being a psych major that I'm hoping someone could help me with?

I want to go to graduate school to be a PA and need a good major that can fit the pre-reqs along with space for PCE

I know psych is pretty science oriented with math and research classes but is there anything else to a psych major? everyones always hating on psych major and not really explaining what they do besides it being very hard. but is there room for research experience and other activities like getting PCE? Can I fit the PA pre-reqs into a Psych BS? and do you enjoy being a psych major?
