Ive had the interesting path in my adult life adventures around town
Im born and raised here. Seen a lot of progress and change for better or worse
However, what I dont like seeing is squatters. Like the ones who screw stuff up so bad they're the reason we have legislation written up because they can't respect things
I want to help save homes from being completed screwed over. I seen how that goes in Pueblo having done remodel flips two summers ago. Houses go up in flames
I have empathy and compassion coming from crowds person.
As effed up as they are. they're people too and shouldn't ignore their best skills and attributes that'll get them working staying out of trouble, setting up their own success...

Like, im going to show up at the house today and without even speaking a word to them, were gonna stabilize the property upkeep situation (making sure no immediate danger or hazards to public like kids walking by getting curious) which should give them the fucking clue to stop smoking blue and get the fuck on out.
