Potty training SOS!!!!
i’ve got a maltipoo shitzu mix 4 month old puppy . I’m having issues with potty training. I take him out at 7am ish sometimes 6:30ish he pees and then i feed him shortly after i take him out since he ate prior. After that he stays in his crate because while i do work from home i can’t supervise while working. I take him out at lunch at noon time we go on a short walk around the neighborhood . And i return to work after that when i get off i feed him and he plays outside he is ok but does have accidents. After he’s fed i move his food and water out of his reach to prevent any more accidents than he is already having. The biggest thing is that he doesn’t whine for me to take him out or bark . So he just ends up having an accident im able to catch some but not all. Here is another issues when i go to my girlfriends house i tend to spend the night there for the Weekend. She has a 1yr old husky and they play with each other and my puppy tends to have WAYY more accidents than when at home . Even if i supervise him he doesn’t do any of the typically signs he does at home that im able to catch he just goes. Today i experienced where he went in his crate which he doesn’t normally do at home . We had to put him up cause i was going to shower and he peed in the crate which again he doesn’t normally do .Honestly im having an extremely hard time i just need some tips or something i don’t know what to do anymore im beyond frustrated. please help
