TIB FIB ORIF GYM ADVICE
Thanks for advice in advance. I was in a car accident about 5 years ago. Was really depressed , couldn’t work , and I had no insurance at the time because I was new at my company so I couldn’t do PT. Gained a lot of weight cuz of no movement, I am doing way better now. I am in the gym and my progress is good but it’s hard to do squats/deadlifts really any type of weighted leg workout past a certain weight because of the strain I get in my knee when I bend my knee . Is there anything I can do for this ? I am scared since it has been so long and I didn’t do PT I might always have this strain. I did tibial exercises and squats without weight for recovery at the time but I am just now starting to get back into wanting to do squats and deadlifts like I used to. Anything is appreciated thanks again
