I am looking for a matching ceramic set for my kitchen and the spread in prices I’m seeing online is driving me crazy. I can’t really comprehend what makes some sugar bowls and creamer pots cost $12 and others $90, as in the same style for the same purpose. I have been looking in some decorating groups and people seem to get deals in strangest of places. This was a point that I hadn’t thought of as a way for people to find bulk items for their small café, but someone mentioned they found one they liked on Alibaba storefront. The typical suspects, Amazon, Wayfair, and Target, keep coming to mind, but there are also discount windows during holidays and clearance windows that are found on pottery brand websites. I'm also not sure whether I will need to focus on a ceramic finish, lid quality, or simply just want to go with the one that will work with my current dinnerware. What was your source of

getting the set and did you think you pulled off a good get?

I have been wanting to purchase a leather jacket for months and every time I’m about to make a purchase, I either think about the brand or think I should just spend more. The price ranges are truly astronomical with some starting at $80 all the way to $800 and no one seems to be able to agree on where the value is. I have seen a lot of different responses in the various menswear subreddits I have been lurking in and some Facebook style groups. Some people have claimed that you have to spend at least $300 to actually get some real leather that lasts, while others have said they found something this good at a much cheaper price. One person even said they traced back to a mid-range brand to a manufacturer on Alibaba making things even shadier. I have read a lot about Schott NYC and Wilson’s leather but I don’t think it’s warranted or simply brand loyalty. Is any leather truly better than the top-grain or bonded? What did you purchase and would you purchase it again?
