Apple Watch Ultra 3 screwed after update

For context, I’m the same guy that mentioned my battery drained from 35% to 5% while sleeping with the watch for sleep tracking. I updated to 26.5, the battery drain was less dramatic but still bad. Within 30mins 10% was gone.

While I was charging it today, this happened. Now I can’t even get it to restore because it keeps glitching after doing what it says on the Apple support site

Apple Watch Ultra 3 battery drains fast

Guys, I have an Apple Watch Ultra 3 since Jan. Battery health at 100% and I use the included charger cable with a usb c to a adapter and usb a ports only for charging to prevent it from getting hot while charging.

Last night I went to sleep with 40% battery and this morning after 7h sleep, the battery is down to 5%. There are only 1-2 installed apps. Other than that all OS included apps. It is also on the latest WatchOS. Can anyone advise what to do to resolve it?

UPDATE: I just did a 0-100% charge and in just 10mins 5% is gone
