Internal or external shoulder rotation on back lever
I've never thought about it, but now that I'm movin from pronated to supinated back lever I'm considering internal rotation of the shoulder to protect bicep from tearing, does that make sense? What it the proper form regarding shoulder rotation?
For example when I do RTO push ups or dips I tend to go for full external rotation, is this safe?
I'm also curious regarding iron cross, maltese and planche. Already heard that going for full external rotation in the shoulders increases chance of bicep tear
