Hi! I'm planning on availing a property from ST. JOHN RESIDENCES in DINALIPUHAN, BATAAN. Any comments, suggestions or anything about the subdivision and/or Dinalupihan itself? Is the Municipality good for a family of 4 (youngest is 14, grade 9). Are the properties in the said subdivision good or is it like the other sub-standard built from other subdivision. Is the Municipality safe? Is the LGU doing its job? Please, help your girl out. Thankyou!
