So i’ve finished my accutane course like year ago my skin was very nice just like what i want but now i’m starting to get those small bumps and bad texture it’s hard to manage when i try a moisturiser it would get worse and if i tried to use diffren gel now ( that i use since being off accutane) i feel like my skin barrier gets worse, what should i do I’m already so disappointed as i have a wedding in two days and my graduation after a week

Is it safe to take another course now?

Because i feel like it’s the only solution for my skin
