Postmaster refusing to reinstate street delivery because it’s not customer’s primary residence.
I’m just a clerk in a level 18. We have customers who live here seasonally. Several have left their mail sitting in the box for months, causing the box to be marked vacant. Can the postmaster refuse to reinstate street delivery when the customer comes back because this isn’t their primary residence?
