Decided to do an experiment where I logged as many radio plays of individual songs I could identify and how many times they played. As of late, I really felt like the radio stations in the Valley repeat the same handful of songs over and over again and it gets tiring, especially if you just want to hear something fun. For the experiment, I had a select handful of stations I listen to normally and would only change the station when a commercial or station tag would play. Typically played everything expect any repeat stations or country/christian/norteña music (not my speed). Unsurprisingly, a lot of songs did repeat but not as often as I would have expected in a month’s time and obviously the songs topping the charts are getting absolutely spammed. This was just a bit of fun, excuse the sheets layout. There will also be two more pages in the comments as the Reddit 20 image limit was reached.
