I got into a school in LA and I’m moving out there for college, which means I need to leave my studio earlier than my lease ends. I love this place and honestly wish I could stay, but life happens. So I’m hoping to find someone here who’s looking for a spot in Everett.
To say thanks for taking it over, I’ll Zelle or Venmo you $500 the day you sign the lease. Out of my own pocket — no strings.
A bit about the place:
The Batch Yard is one of the newer buildings in Everett and honestly a really nice spot to live. The studio gets good light, has modern finishes, and the building itself has all the stuff you’d want — gym, pool, rooftop deck, package room downstairs, garage parking if you need it. It’s pet-friendly too (some breed restrictions for dogs).
Location is a huge plus:
• Short walk to Encore Boston Harbor
• Close to Assembly Row for shopping/food
• About 15 minutes into Boston by car
• Buses run nearby if you don’t drive
The numbers:
• Rent: $1,953/month
• Mandatory fees: $108/month (trash + tech)
• Optional: parking ($165–185), storage ($75)
• Lease runs until August 2027
To qualify (standard stuff for the building):
• Income around 3x rent (~$5,860/mo)
• Decent credit
• Clean background check
How it works:
1. You DM me, we chat, I’ll send more photos and answer anything
2. You apply through the leasing office
3. If approved, you sign a fresh lease directly with the building (not a sublet — you deal with them, not me)
4. I send you the $500 the day you sign
5. We coordinate move-in around your timeline
