This was my first time running in a week ca I was trynna make my turf toe heal but it wouldn’t I ran a pr of 11.28 and my drive phase was short is there anything I can improve on
I ran today for the first time in a week cs I have turf toe and somehow pr’d with an 11.28 can anyone help me analyze parts of my race that need improvement I shortened my drive phase purposely to put less pressure on the toe and still prd somehow.
