Found this Danish chair in bulky waste/trash pickup in Denmark and finally identified it.

It’s a Model 600 designed by Kaj Høffer Larsen for Høffer, made in Denmark. Solid beech wood with original black skai/vinyl seat.

I initially thought it was just a random copy of Wegner-style chair, but apparently these are fairly hard to find online and often sold without proper attribution.

Cleaned it up and now trying to restore some worn lacquer spots on the armrests.
