Hey I have been facing this error for more than one month.Does anyone know what to do.

I am an Indian and I am applying from India.

I had applied and received a B1/B2 visa 3 years ago and had got it approved.

Now I want to take a C1/D visa, initially I got a duplicate profile, which I rectified by sending an email to the support team, but now when I am trying to get into the site I am getting this error

Please help me how to remove this error and move ahead with the application.
