Not asking for medical advice but personal advice

Hello, has anyone else had pelvic adhesions and a lesion and pathology comes back at scar tissue(fibrous tissue)? I was given no answers after my laparoscopic surgery. What else could cause these adhesions and scar tissue? Is it normal to just grow scar tissue?

They found an adhesion on my sigmoid colon to my L left wall. As well as a lesion on my uterosacral ligament.
- No prior surgeries/infections.
- Was basically told they don’t know what it is for what caused these, they probably won’t grow back, and that it’s not endometriosis based off pathology.

My surgery was done by a robotic specialist who has removed endometriosis many times.
I had a second opinion at an office who was described as a specialist, they said the same thing.

Not sure what to think or where to go from there. I have my pelvic floor therapy appointment tomorrow, and a 3MO follow up. Probably not even gonna go to that tbh! Feeling defeated and confused. Surgeon went in VERY convinced he would find endometriosis based off my health history, family history of endometriosis, and symptoms.

Had my diagnostic laparoscopic surgery/dissection today

Hello all, I had my diagnostic laparoscopic surgery today and they removed two lesions and biopsied one. I’ll write below what they put in the clinical note as only my husband spoke with the surgeon, he didn’t come in to see me or tell me the findings. Is this a strong chance of it being endometriosis? I have a follow up in 2 weeks. So far the shoulder pain and incision sites are just very sore. Been on top of meds, scared for any pain I have tomorrow tho that is for sure!

Anyone else have lesions in these areas?
Quoted from Clinical Notes;

“The entire abdominal cavity was inspected for endometriosis or other causes of the patient's pelvic pain. A small lesion was noted on the uterosacral ligament as well as adhesion of the sigmoid colon to the L pelvic sidewall. These adhesions were lysed and the colon was able to move freely in the pelvis. The lesion on the uterosacral ligament was elevated and excised with a combination of electrocautery and blunt dissection. Hemostasis was noted.”

✨I KNOW THIS IS A LOT SO I APOLOGIZE!!!✨

✨I KNOW THIS IS A LOT SO I APOLOGIZE!!!✨
Just wanting reassurance or help to ease my mind throughout this process of getting a diagnosis or a step in the right direction to one.
-I’ve been experiencing off and on pain for the last 3.5 years. I’ve tried many different birth controls; IUD (3 times), the bar, and now I’m on a dual pill. The pill seems to be ok so far but have been told I should get on the Depo if we think it’s endometriosis. I’ll list my symptoms below/history.
-Did anyone else feel this anxious before their diagnostic laparoscopy? I have deep feeling of anxiety that they won’t find anything and that I’m not being seen by a specialist (he has reiterated to me he is and he goes to Chicago to present findings/events etc etc.)
-Also looking into what should I get for post op? He said if he finds anything he will remove it that day so not sure what to even expect!!!

✨SIDE NOTE: HAVE GONE DOWN THE GI PATH, many tests, scope, medications nothing has helped.

Symptoms/DX include; 22Y F
-High tone pelvic floor
-Retroverted uterus - zero notes or have been told I have this besides a month ago with the surgeon. Not noted on any scans/exams, etc.
-Mom has endometriosis, full hysterectomy by age 24
-Pain with s$x; includes swelling & bleeding
-Fullness in my lower pelvic region OR feeling very tight in my muscles
-Sharp pains that feel almost like contractions, last for 40 seconds (for example) and then go away then come back after a minute or so.
-Shock pains in my v@gina
-Sometimes pain with bowel movements/post bathroom
-History of cysts
-History of bleeding sometimes for 45+ days
-Dark brown di$charge
-Many hospitals visits for pain that caused vomiting sometimes. Was told it was gastritis not sure if it’s accurate or just because all my test ma came back fine.

Other things were are trying to figure out;
-Flushing/hives mainly during “ovulation week” but I am on BC.
-High BPM then drops 50+ when laying down, same for standing up goes up 30-50 BPM.

I KNOW YALL ARENT DOCTORS!!!
Just trying to see if anyone else has had these experiences or struggles. Always looking for advice/recommendations.💞 thank you to anyone who takes the time to respond or give some insight.

Retroverted uterus?¿ old scan

UPDATED* consensus is that it’s not retroverted in this scan from two years ago, anyone else dealing with this before a diagnosis? Of your uterus changing positions? Have never been pregnant or anything traumatic to my uterus that I am aware of🫣

——
Has anyone seen their ct scans of their uterus? Was recently told I have a retroverted uterus & suspecting endo and have my diagnostic lap next month. Looking back at a Ct scan from two years ago when we were trying to figure things out. Gonna bring this to my surgeon but was it retroverted two years ago and just told this now? I’ve have many pelvic exams, appts, etc.. Not looking for any diagnosis but just wondering if anyone know how to read this 😂 or if it’s at a “normal” placement. No comments about my uterus on the findings report either!
