I am a Brit trying to travel to Hawaii for 3 months in sep 2026 , we are doing work exchange there ( we work for 20h a week and in exchange get accommodation and food ) , I don’t know what type of visa I need or if I need a ESTA as it is a volunteering/work exchange organisation but we are technically not getting paid so would I need a working visa?
