Hello! Just got out of surgery where the took my last ovary due to torsion, so I am currently in surgically induced menopause. I was hoping for some support and advice from those who have been through it!

I am 39 years old, and the surgeries were due to endometriosis complications if that helps. I was having mild perimenopause symptoms prior to surgery.

Just out of surgery, and mostly alert. Lost my last ovary due to this disease. No ovaries, uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes. They had tried to save the remaining ovary, but just 15 months after my last surgery removing an endometrioma, I was right back in the emergency room.

Has anyone else been put in surgical menopause, and can tell me what to expect?
