Help emergency tank change

Long story short we just moved and I’m in the process of setting up a 75 gallon tank for my one axolotl. It’s not cycled. I’ve used prime input old filter media in. In the meantime, my axolotl is in a small 5 gallon. Somehow the ammonia level spiked a lot really quickly in the tub so I had to put my axolotl in the new tank. That’s not cycled but all the water has been treated by prime I’m freaking out. Do I just keep tubing back-and-forth to brand new water? I haven’t checked the rest of the levels, but the new tank is a pale yellow and the tub is a nearly dark green so I figured I had to do this immediately to avoid any burn.

it was a letter saying that I have requested an appeal and put some notes and said this is a recap of our conversation, but I never spoke with anybody. I just appealed two days ago and I’m on step three now which I’m not surprised because it’s an appeal for reconsideration I expected to be fast to three. The recap were some of the notes I put on my appeal, but they weren’t how I put them. Does it matter should I call to correct? The speed of the information is the same. I’m not too lazy to call. It’s just that every time I speak with them someone gets information wrong so I’m almost hesitant to even do

hi all. Denied on initial. Just submitted my appeal yesterday because it was day 58 and I did not want to wait any longer. I requested my records and I did get a letter with instructions on how to review the records on the CD they are sending separately but I never did get the CD.

I called the office and I was told I had to pay for my records. I stated I did not I am allowed a copy. Then I was told ok we will send. But I don't really believe it. I am frustrated with all of the misinformation as we all are.

I also called an attorney. He said they are really of no help until the hearing. Which I see is a theme on here. I at least appreciated his honesty.

I assume the recon is really just a step to a hearing for most people? Luckily I do have new records, worsening symptoms and I turned 50 since being denied. But I am not holding my breath. It has been 14 months since I last worked so I am also past that 12 month mark but does that really mean any thing on our end? I heard it does but you can file immediately after not working so I don't know. I moved to step 3 in one day but I think that is to be expected!
