I have a masters degree in ML and data science w 3 years of work experience. Only into my 1st year of working at my current company as an Engineer but I know Im worth more than my current comp and my organization is starting to lose value. I don’t want to be around if it gets dismantled.

How can i frame this if interviewers ask why I’m only at said company for a year? Seeking direction here thank you
