Can anyone give anecdotal (or somehow evidenced) information about the effects different factors have on the body like:

- low vs high protein intake

- low vs high intensity

- low vs high total volume

- low vs high reps/weight

- using creatine

- compound vs isolation movements

- crossfit/weightlifting moves vs standard gym bro movements

Over longer periods of time (1/2/3 years)? Apart from just getting better at the particular thing (e.g. mechanically better clean vs bench, or high vs low reps/weight), are there any visual differences to how the muscles develop, or is it just a matter of "getting to the same exact end goal faster"? Especially curious for the last 2 points about exercise selection. Thank you in advance, hopefully this question is not too stupid.
