I live in Russia and my iPad stopped opening the starting page of AppStoore straight up doesn’t show anything except for a loading sign. Not any other pages too except for previous downloads. My iPhones AppStore seems fine.

I don’t have a working vpn on the iPad and changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 didn’t help. Any ideas on how i can download a few apps?
