Supplemental Migraine claim approved

Need advice (preferably good)

My original claim was denied so filed a supplemental claim. I just received my letter stating that they have service connected my migraines at 0%. I’m kinda at a loss because in my claim were notes from the neurologist stating how many migraines I have a month, along with a migraine log showing that I have between 2-5 migraines/month.
I feel like the rater didn’t look at all of my evidence, rather they just looked at the DBQ. Should I file a HLR to get them to look at the evidence?

Had my C&P exam for rhinitis, OSA, and ED. Had supporting evidence, studied DBQs, had notes, did all the things. Told by the C&P examiner that the rhinitis and ED would probably get approved but OSA was harder to get connected. Felt like he had a preconceived notion of what was going to get connected cs what isn’t. Exam was approximately 15 minutes. Didnt leave there feeling optimistic. Probably my anxiety getting the better of me but damn, I hate this process!
