Paid charge off, jumped 50 points

Wanted to share some good news that may be helpful for others. For about 18 months I was locked in a fight over an installment loan that got sold multiple times to alternate servicers and ended up charged off incorrectly in my view. I finally said to hell with it I’ll just pay it. Now reaping the rewards. As a lurker here I see people are often counseled not to expect a big jump in score immediately after paying a charge off. I’m guessing that this one was counting against my utilization. Whatever the answer, take heart and pay a charge off sooner than later if you can.

I traded in a car (with some positive equity mind you) and took a smaller loan on another and this happened. I expected a little dip but wtf is this and how long will it take to rebound?
