Lost money in Trading and hit rock bottom.
I’m 27 and I’ve lost 21 Lakhs (22k $)to revenge trading in past 2 years
So i started trading in 2021. First year was fine, small profits, ₹1k-2k here and there. Got confident. Started putting in bigger amounts because I have a decent job (₹1.5L/month) and told myself I could handle it.
First loss was ₹3 lakhs. Tried to win it back. Got to ₹5 lakhs down, then ₹10 lakhs. Finally quit. Stayed away 6 months, focused on work, actually started feeling normal again.
Then I came back. First trade was almost ₹1 lakh profit. And just like that I was back in the hole. I’m now over ₹20 lakhs down.
Middle class since childhood
We don’t own a house. We don’t own a car. My parents have no idea that i lost this much. I’m an only child and i tc of my family asw. I work from home for an European company.
₹20 lakhs could’ve actually changed things for us. Instead it’s just gone.
Im really a strong person. I know that i can def make that back in someother ways, but man it SUCKS so bad to lose this much.
