It will be okay, embrace the wait. Live your life and enjoy other things. It will be worth the wait :)
I know a lot of people are disappointed today. Everyone wants the marketing cycle to properly begin so we can finally see gameplay and start the real countdown to gta6. Naturally, people are worried about delays or whether the game can actually live up to the expectations surrounding it.
But it’s worth remembering that this is one of the biggest moments gaming has seen in years. We only get to experience this anticipation once. There’s only one first trailer, one first time loading the game up, one first moment stepping into the world and taking control of the characters for ourselves.
Games like this don’t come around often, and realistically there may not be another release on this scale for a very long time. For some older fans, gta6 could even be the last new gta they fully experience, and many of us may never even see see gta7.
As frustrating as the wait can be, there will eventually come a point where the game is out, completed, and that initial excitement has faded into memory. Right now, we’re still in the part where the possibilities feel endless, where every teaser, rumour, and bit of news adds to the experience.
So don’t rush through it. Enjoy it for what it is.
We know marketing will begin eventually, and with the earnings call coming up this month, there’s every chance we won’t be waiting much longer for something substantial. Until then, the build up itself is part of the experience. In many ways, it’s what makes finally seeing a new trailer or getting our hands on the game feel as special as it does.
