Doing my best to stop drinking

I've been alcoholic since I was 20 and now I'm 32 recently found out that I have cirrhosis and I'm gradually killing myself by continuing to drink. In the past month and a half I have stopped drinking for a couple days at a time and went through withdrawals which each time it seems worse and worse. So far this time I'm at the 24-hour mark but the withdrawals seem worse this time even water gives me heartburn and makes me throw up and I've noticed that my left foot is numb to the touch.

My question is has anyone experienced their foot going numb and how long did it last for. I have noticed that my hands do like to go numb but just moving them around clears it up but that's not working for my foot.

Alcohol has taken everything from me from my house to my job to my ex-wife the last thing I want to give it is my life too. My plan is to get trough the withdrawals n go live with sister n mom n try to piece my life together.
