Losing my mind with a GRX Di2 front derailleur on my new Rose Backroad FF

Hey guys, I’m at my wit's end here. I just got a new Rose Backroad FF with the 12-speed GRX Di2, and I’ve spent the last few hours trying to get the front derailleur to actually, you know, shift.

I’ve done the whole dance: the height is spot on (about 2mm above the teeth), the cage is perfectly parallel to the rings, and I’ve even backed the H-screw out so far it’s almost falling out just to make sure nothing is physically blocking the movement.

But here’s the kicker: when I go into adjustment mode to "tick" the derailleur further outboard so it can finally grab the chain, the junction box just starts flashing red at me. It’s like the software has decided "this is as far as I go," even though the cage clearly needs another millimeter or two to actually move the chain onto the big ring.

It feels like the braze-on mount on the Rose frame might be sitting a tiny bit too far inboard, and the Shimano software is hitting an electronic ceiling before the hardware actually finishes the job. I’ve tried the E-Tube app, but it won’t let me override this "red light" limit.

Has anyone else dealt with this "software wall" on a Di2 setup? Is there any way to force it further outboard without needing a shop to plug it into the professional PC diagnostic tool? I really don’t want to admit defeat and take it to a mechanic for something that should be a simple adjustment, but I’m fresh out of ideas.

Any help would be a lifesaver!
