This is a 30-day initiative to encourage people to take simple actions that help the environment.

Right now the image above is a 64×64 pixel junkyard (4096 pixels total).

For every valid comment (1 comment per person, per day), I will transform 16 pixels of trash into 16 pixels of green (revised rule). If we reach 256 comments, the junkyard will completely transform into a beautiful green landscape with blue skies.

💬 How to participate:
Comment one action you did today to help the environment, or share a practical eco tip others can follow.

Examples:
• Recycled plastic bottles
• Brought my own shopping bag
• Turned off unused lights
• Took public transport
• Repaired something instead of throwing it away

This project is limited to 30 days to give everyone a shared goal and a sense of urgency. Every small action counts — and together we can literally paint a greener picture.

If you like the idea, leave a comment and share the post so we can transform the junkyard before the 30 days are up. 🌱

📅 2 days more before the challenge ends
📈 Progress will be updated daily as the image slowly changes pixel by pixel.

-----------------------------
Day 28 (2192/4096)

  1. Terrs34: I recycled someone else's can I found on the side if the road

  2. Ray2024: In winter try to compensate with added layers of clothing before increasing the temperature on any heating

  3. ChelseaFanForever67: Instead of turning in the fans or ac, I pulled down the blinds to keep the sun out so that my house was cooler

  4. ShoeChoice5567: It was windy, so I opened the window rather than turning a fan or air conditioner on

  5. Aartvb: I googled with -ai at the end

103: Terrs34: Built something with old Lego, rather than going out to buy a new set to build

  2. Ray2024: It's wash day again - ran the machine for two hours less than usual and most of the clothes were still clean.
