Freelance Photography - Track Profit

For those of you doing freelance photography, what programs or apps do you use to keep track of income, expenses, mileage, gear costs, and overall profit?

Do you use something like QuickBooks, Wave, Excel/Google Sheets, HoneyBook, Studio Ninja, or something else?

I’m curious what works well in real day-to-day use, especially for solo photographers or small side businesses.

First attempt at something real

I went to college to be a High School teacher, I did that for 3 years and could handle the school I took a new job in my 3rd year. I then left what I thought would be my career and had to (what felt like) start over. Got a corporate job at a small business and it's been an adventure. I'm an ERP manager in a functional/technical role and after 3 years of that, I feel I'm ready to start using that knowledge and build my first SaaS. I'm building it at nights when work projects can wait for just a bit. It's going to be a journey but I think I have something real and want to get this thing started. I'm no stranger to things being harder then you thought and struggles but this is what I want. I've dreamed for decades of building an "App" and I'm finally doing it.
