so romba naal munnadi i posted asking for a phone and a laptop, yesterday i got my first phone (iPhone 17 hehe) and now i need a proper laptop for my college, i have decided to take ece course.

so far ive shortlisted a few:

1. Asus gaming 16

2. Lenovo LOQ (i5-13450HX series)

no i will not game on my laptop, the reason im going for these is that a dedicated gpu would be better in the long run i suppose?

also ive considered macbook pro but the thing with that is many softwares dont run on it directly and i need parallel windows...

so ive completed schooling and entering college in a few months, planning to choose electronics engineering currently i use a decade old dell laptop and im looking to upgrade to a new laptop soon,

so the people ive asked are saying mac is better but another half are saying windows supports more software and stuff. genuinely i was settled on buying the m5 air but now im confused as of what to buy.

my main uses will be for college coding and app development and occasional chipset design so please let me know.
