Hi all,

I am 3 months into oral min/fin. I have already began seen results. However, I feel like I have been missing a key ingredient.. derma stamping. Is this method more beneficial than a derma roller? If any of you are currently derma stamping, could you give me some more information and guidance? Also curious to know which derma stamp I should purchase. There’s a million different kinds, I’ve read that .5mm is the way to go.
