Hey all! I just heard back for a position as a Funding Operations associate and I wanted to know if there is anyone who currently or previously worked in that position that could give me some tips for what questions to ask and how I should prepare.

Is there anything I should be listening for when they explain my role? I would really appreciate any insight into what the job was/is like from those who have the experience!

I'm never sure what to say when people ask what you expect to paid when they have a set amount on the application already. Should I state that amount or ask for a bit more? I can provide more details if needed.
