22M UCLA student looking for 2026–2027 housing/roommates near campus
Hi everyone, I’m a 22M rising senior at UCLA studying Applied Mathematics. I’m looking for housing for the 2026–2027 school year, ideally within about a 15-minute walk from campus.
I’m looking for a private room in a shared apartment with roommates. My budget is around $1,300–$1,800/month, depending on the place. Ideally, I’m looking for a lease starting around September 2026 through June 2027.
About me: I’m very social and easy to get along with. Not a neat freak in the slightest, but I do care about basic hygiene and cleanliness in shared spaces. I’m also fine with noise BEFORE midnight lol. Not a smoker*
