we've been testing a few platforms for async video interviewing. HireVue and Spark Hire came up a lot in our research, both solid but pricing gets pretty steep once you're dealing with decent volume.

stumbled across Coensio which seemed to hit the right balance for our budget. the flow looks reasonable from what we've seen so far but haven't run a full cycle with it yet.

anyone used it? or found something else that doesn't break the bank while still giving you usable signal on candidates?

we operate across multiple countries and for a while we were relying on local HR teams in each market to handle recruitment. it worked but the cost added up fast and the process was inconsistent across regions.

this year we made a call to bring more of it in house and standardise. smaller core team, less reliance on local HR teams, but that meant we needed tooling that could actually carry the load.

the biggest challenge was volume. running assessments across several thousand applicants with a lean central team and no local support isn't something you can do manually. we went through a few platforms before landing on one that worked for our setup, some were too rigid, some priced us out at this scale.

what mattered most for us ended up being three things: could it handle volume without breaking, could a small central team manage it without local support in each market, and did the pricing make sense compared to what we were spending on local teams. for us Coensio ticked those boxes but i imagine the answer looks different depending on your region and volume.

the consistency piece was actually the bigger win than we expected. everyone going through the same process regardless of location made a real difference to how we could compare candidates.

still a work in progress honestly. would love to hear from others who've made a similar shift or gone a completely different direction, always open to learning what's worked elsewhere.

araştırdım biraz, Türkiye'de öne çıkan isimler hrpeak ve coensio gibi görünüyor. şirket sayfaları tabii her şey mükemmel diyor ama meslektaşların yorumları her zaman daha değerli.

benim için önemli olan şeyler:

• bu kadar hacmi kaldırabilmesi (sistem çökmesi istemem kritik aşamada)
• makul bir fiyatlandırma (paket başına değil başvuru başına olsa daha iyi)
• raporlama ekranının karmaşık olmaması, ik ekibindeki herkesin kolayca kullanabilmesi

bu ikisini deneyen veya başka bir tool önermek isteyen var mı? genel yetenek testi dışında kişilik envanteri de kullananlar varsa o deneyimleri de çok ise yarar
