Sony Returning to the Era of Exclusives
Does this change anyone’s plans around getting the steam machine? I am a lifelong Xbox gamer who wanted to pivot into the steam ecosystem for the reputation it’s garnered and, hugely, its access to PlayStations marketplace.
This news really undermines that plan, and man screw Sony for it. I get it but when will we be able to just play the games we want. I was planning on buying a ton of games on their catalogue — which I know I still could if I buy a steam machine, but this just really feels like it dampens the future appeal of that. Thoughts?
