Tired of fescue. Wanting to kill off and replace with Bermuda.

Central North Carolina, and I have irrigation. This yard gets full sun and the fescue just can’t handle it. Wanting to replace it with Bermuda. I know seed isn’t the best option, but it’s the only one as sod would cost me a fortune.

What’s the best seed out there y’all have found?

Is this Bermuda?

Our neighborhood golf course is replacing some sod on the course. They have stacks of sod removed that anyone can come and take. I would assume this is first one is Bermuda, but the second pic might be bent grass from the course greens?
