Animal abuse is not ok, this local Sausalito popular Vizsla dog breeder, walker, boarder was seen and heard yanking at their collars, kicking the dogs and screaming at them and when the onlooker pulled out her video she caught her smacking the dog in the face as it was sitting peacefully minding its own business.
Be very aware of who you let you let around your pets. This is not ok
