I am new to everything here. I have an ITF already in. When I tried to do a 21-526EZ online, I was met with this error. When I called the VA (3 times to ask 3 different people) for what information was needed so I could fill out the form online, none of the representatives knew. I went to my local VA office to file this form in person, instead. I’m aware things are slow at the VA, it’s only been a month, but I wanted to see when the best time would be for me to check in on the status or head into my local office again, since my claim does not appear on the website yet.

Also, if anyone has run into this error and gotten it fixed, let me know what was missing!
