There is absolute ducking no reason for us to research on NOVEL ideas in EVERY SINGLE SUBJECT, we are engineers and would like to have some time for dsa and projects and not get into a full blown INCREASE NIRF # scheme

How do seniors actually deal with this, 3rd year just started and im already on the verge of giving up.. its not that i dont have skills and cg but the shortlisting procedure and crowd is so overwhelming (in amazon literally all the test cases ran and still no interview)
it makes me want to give up and just wait for tcs to have me
Currently in 3rd year wanted to know how was internship season for seniors and a few questions
1)i have heard blockchain isnt shortlisted after oa
2)even during placements a very less number is placed
3) do we have core companies? wallmart etc?
4) what would you reccomend?
considering the low population of BKT i think it is possible that ratio of selction would be less but my question is if im as deseving as any other spec will i still be not shortlisted for the interview?
Hi seniors, i have been facing with this uncertainity of internships and the effect it will have on my placements (starting 3rd year)
everyday i wake up i feel like a failure
I am a farely good student with a cgpa way above 9
i know dsa and practice leet and other sheets but i am not that great at it (hard questions are very hard of me to unnderstand)
i know MERN stack and am doing an ml certification
but here are my faults - im not very consistent in dsa,
i have made many projects to learn stuff but not a "resume worthy" one
i havent had any internships as of now
i think i am in a very bad position and just wanted to know if anyone was like this idk i just wanna calm down and i cant
idk what to do

till when do companies come for internships in 5th sem and how many come in 6th
how weird is the shortlisting
what percentage gets an intern
how to get offcampus "good" internships
So do we need an internship this summer after 2nd year or we go back to college and start applying when companies come there?
i have heard people do internships after 3rd year summer break?
seniors please tell which of these is the easiest to get S grade
