NUSC vs RC help

Hi i’ve gone through all the past threads on this and i need help deciding whether to go through with NUSC or not. 😭 for context i got my nusc offer with my degree (bba) and i also went for rc4 interview. i’m thinking of withdrawing to go for rc4 instead because i haven’t been hearing very good stuff on nusc.

to me the only upside of nusc is the fact that there’s an overseas exchange programme but tbh i think it’s something that could be done without nusc. i’m also concerned about the added workload that leads to no obvious benefits in nusc and i know that for bba the workload would be higher as compared to degrees like law + employers don’t really care about nusc so ultimately i’m not really seeing the benefits of attending nusc right now, but my parents are really insistent on me going to nusc. so i would like more opinions (preferably from people who have had to make this decision before or people in nusc / rc 😊😊🥹) before making a final decision. my main reason for staying in nusc/rc anyways is to have an easier setup to make friends.

so to people who chose nusc over rc, what made u choose it? and how are u finding it so far? any help would be so so appreciated and my dms are always open 😊😊❤️
