Should I waive the hearing?

I have been sent a ipv letter from dhs about food stamps pertaining to year 2020 that i filled out for my self. Also its including years that my wife filled out in year 2020, 2021 2022 2023 2024 2025. F.y.i she wasn't my wife until 2024 August and we weren't together constantly for the previous years and I didn't have a permanent place of residents.when I filled out mine in 2020 I was a used to the practice of a phone call being made or letter being sent out for a interview and also a income verification form being sent out which none of that happen. Also the letter that said I was approved stated my employer name so who ever the case was assigned to knew I was employed
