Do you Training with shin pads or without them

We play in mu16 in berlin in the Liga is called an we want to play north east mu16 pokal an we have a good squad and we have 3 Times the week Training but my body can this not menntally and i am only 14 and 1,50 meters big and i dont no i shoud do all Power that i have.
