Anyone else have a system for saving workout videos… but no system for actually doing them?
I've been thinking about this a lot lately and I can't be the only one.
I have a genuinely impressive collection of saved YouTube workouts. Upper body, lower body, physio, 10-minute stretch and more and more lol
I've done maybe 8 of them so far this year?
The thing that gets me is I'm not even that lazy in other parts of my life! I run twice a week, I meal prep on Sundays, I'm generally pretty on top of things. But the workout videos just… don't happen. I watch one, think "I'm doing this tomorrow morning," and then tomorrow morning I get too busy to go to work and after work when I open YouTube and fall into a rabbit hole of more new ones instead of actually working on the ones I have saved.
The gap between saving and doing feels like it should be easy to close. But I haven't found the thing that closes it.
What's worked for anyone here? Genuinely asking - not looking for "just go to the gym" answers (wasted enough moneywith the Gym membership), specifically talking about home workouts from YouTube.
